Very convenient for mid-route layover between destinations.

Usage & good access to the pool / gym. Staff was friendly and great customer service. Room was spacious, clean and good (a bit small) shower room. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Didn’t have breakfast. Did have hamburger on the bistro which was excellent. Staff very nice.

Not much for meal offerings, but both the evening person and morning person were pleasant and helpful. Also LOVED the curved sofa and generous ottoman in the room -- it was super comfortable -- and the little side table made it a nice space to have my dinner.

Breakfast was not provided unless you wanted to pay for it at the Starbucks. When I went to the counter to get a coffee I asked if it was included in room rate and was told no. I declined to order and went to Dunkin' Donuts instead because they have better coffee.

across the street from SUNY Albany which is where my conference was, this meant no need for Ubers! Room was very clean and staff was very friendly. Gym had decent equipment.

Location of hotel was perfect. Guest room with 2 queen beds was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water

I didn't eat the breakfast on site. I thought breakfast was complimentary but was told it was for purchase so I went elsewhere.

I loved the Bisto bar in the lobby and the welcoming staff. Christian was a great help when I arrived!
